The baseline of near-IR fluxes is established for use by stellar mass models, a key component to the baryonic Tully-Fisher relation and other kinematic galaxies scaling relations. We focus this paper on determination of the characteristics of the W1 fluxes compared to IRAC 3.6{mu}m fluxes, internal accuracy limitations from photometric techniques, external accuracy by comparison to other work in the literature and the range of W1 to IRAC 3.6{mu}m colors. We outline the behavior of SDSS g, W1 and IRAC 3.6 colors with respect to underlying spectral energy distribution features. We also note a previously unknown correlation between WISE colors and the central surface brightness, probably related to the low metallicity of low-surface-brightness dwarfs.</description><source format="bibcode">2024AJ....168...19D</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/AJ/168/19</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/PASP/122/1397">J/PASP/122/1397 : Spitzer Survey Stellar Structure in Galaxies (Sheth+, 2010)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/212/18">J/ApJS/212/18 : An atlas of UV-to-MIR galaxy SEDs (Brown+, 2014)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/792/129">J/ApJ/792/129 : WISE W1/W2 Tully-Fisher relat calibrator data (Neill+, 2014)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/147/134">J/AJ/147/134 : Tully-Fisher relation for S^4^G galaxies (Zaritsky+, 2014)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/809/146">J/ApJ/809/146 : SDSS-DR8 isolated low-mass galaxies (Bradford+, 2015)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/152/157">J/AJ/152/157 : Mass models for 175 disk galaxies with SPARC (Lelli+, 2016)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/818/182">J/ApJ/818/182 : Early-type galaxies z&lt;0.04 star formation rate (Vaddi+, 2016)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/609/A37">J/A+A/609/A37 : 875 nearby galaxies multiwavelength photometry (Clark+, 2018)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/245/25">J/ApJS/245/25 : WISE Extended Source Catalog (WXSC).
