Radial velocities obtained with the Hobby-Eberly Telescope and from the literature now span over 25 years. With these data we obtain improved radial velocity (RV) orbital elements for both the inner companion, 14Herb and the long-period outer companion, 14 Her c. We also find evidence of an additional RV signal with P=3789d. We then model astrometry from Hipparcos, HST, and Gaia with RV results to obtain system parallax and proper motion, perturbation periods, inclinations, and sizes due to 14Herb and c. We find Pb=1767.6{+/-}0.2days, perturbation semimajor axis {alpha}b=1.3{+/-}0.1mas, and inclination ib=36{deg}{+/-}3{deg}, Pc=52160{+/-}1028days, perturbation semimajor axis {alpha}c=10.3{+/-}0.7mas, and inclination ic=82{deg}{+/-}14{deg}. In agreement with a past investigation, the 14Herb, c orbits exhibit significant mutual inclination. Assuming a primary mass M*=0.98{+/-}0.04M{sun}, we obtain companion masses M_b_=8.5_-0.8_^+1.0^M{Jup}, and M_c_=7.1_-0.6_^+1.0^M{Jup}.</description><source format="bibcode">2023AJ....166...27B</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/AJ/166/27</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/III/159">III/159 : Ca II H and K Measurements Made at MWO (Duncan+ 1991)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/414/351">J/A+A/414/351 : ELODIE survey northern extrasolar planets III (Naef+, 2004)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/636/1020">J/ApJ/636/1020 : kappa Peg astrometry &amp; radial velocities (Muterspaugh+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/654/625">J/ApJ/654/625 : Radial velocities of 9 long-period objects (Wittenmyer+, 2007)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/138/312">J/AJ/138/312 : Activity of bright solar analogs (Hall+, 2009)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/693/1084">J/ApJ/693/1084 : Ten new and updated multiplanet systems (Wright+, 2009)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/715/1203">J/ApJ/715/1203 : {upsilon} Andromedae system with HST (McArthur+, 2010)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/142/187">J/AJ/142/187 : HST observations of 7 Pop.II variable stars (Benedict+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/768/155">J/ApJ/768/155 : Radial velocities &amp; photometry HD 38529 system (Henry+, 2013)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/795/41">J/ApJ/795/41 : HD 128311 radial velocity &amp; astrometric data (McArthur+, 2014)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/152/141">J/AJ/152/141 : Solar neighborhood.
