With a mass ratio q=3.17_-0.26_^+0.28^e-4, the planet lies near the peak of the mass-ratio function derived by the MOA collaboration and near the edge of expected sample sensitivity. For these estimates we provide results using two mass-law priors: one assuming that all stars have an equal planet-hosting probability, and the other assuming that planets are more likely to orbit around more massive stars. In the first scenario, we estimate that the lens system is likely to be a planet of mass M_p_=46_-24_^+42^M{Earth} and a host star of mass M_s_=0.43_-0.23_^+0.39^M{sun}, located at a distance D_L_=7.49_-1.13_^+0.99^kpc. For the second scenario, we estimate M_p_=69_-34_^+37^M{Earth}, M_s_=0.66_-0.32_^+0.35^M{sun}, and D_L_=7.81_-0.93_^+0.93^kpc. The planet has a projected separation as a fraction of the Einstein ring radius s=1.3807_-0.0018_}^+0.0018^. As a cool sub-Saturn-mass planet, this planet adds to a growing collection of evidence for revised planetary formation models.</description><source format="bibcode">2023AJ....165..175O</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/AJ/165/175</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/other/Nat/481.167">J/other/Nat/481.167 : 2002-2007 PLANET microlensing events (Assan+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/158/13">J/AJ/158/13 : First 300 stars observed by the GPIES (Nielsen+, 2019)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/161/54">J/AJ/161/54 : VRI photometry of MOA 2009-BLG-319 (Terry+, 2021)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/164/118">J/AJ/164/118 : VRI light curve MOA 2020-BLG-135 (Ishitani Silva+, 2022)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/165/175</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/165/175</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/165/175</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/165/175</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/165/175</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/165/175</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><coverage><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc"/><waveband>Optical</waveband><waveband>Infrared</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/AJ/165/175/fig1</name><description>The MOA-2020-BLG-208 event light curve</description><column><name>HJD</name><description>[9000/9140] Heliocentric Julian Date; HJD-2450000</description><unit>d</unit><ucd>time.epoch</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType">double</dataType></column><column><name>mag</name><description>[0.91/43.1] Magnitude</description><unit>mag</unit><ucd>phot.mag;em.opt</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType">float</dataType></column><column><name>e_mag</name><description>[0.008/4] Uncertainty in mag</description><unit>mag</unit><ucd>stat.error;phot.mag</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType">float</dataType></column><column><name>Inst</name><description>Instrument identifier (1)</description><ucd>meta.id;instr</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType" arraysize="6*">char</dataType></column><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
