With a derived mass ratio of q=1.52_-0.31_^+0.39^x10^-4^ and separation s~1, the planet lies exactly at the break and likely peak of the exoplanet mass-ratio function derived by the Microlensing Observations in Astrophysics (MOA) Collaboration. We estimate the properties of the lens system based on a Galactic model and considering two different Bayesian priors: one assuming that all stars have an equal planet-hosting probability and the other that planets are more likely to orbit more-massive stars. With a uniform host mass prior, we predict that the lens system is likely to be a planet of mass m_p_=11.3_-6.9_^+19.2^M{Earth} and a host star of mass M_*_=0.23_-0.14_^+0.39^M{sun}, located at a distance D_L_=7.9_-1.0_^+1.0^kpc. With a prior that holds that planet occurrence scales in proportion to the host-star mass, the estimated lens system properties are m_p_=25_-15_^+22^M{Earth}, M_*_=0.53_-0.32_^+0.42^M{sun}, and D_L_=8.3_-1.0_^+0.9^kpc. This planet qualifies for inclusion in the extended MOA-II exoplanet microlens sample.</description><source format="bibcode">2022AJ....164..118I</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/AJ/164/118</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/101/117">J/ApJS/101/117 : UBVRIJHKLMNQ photometry in Taurus-Auriga (Kenyon+ 1995)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/533/A134">J/A+A/533/A134 : Abundances of microlensed stars in the Bulge (Bensby+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/other/Nat/481.167">J/other/Nat/481.167 : 2002-2007 PLANET microlensing events (Assan+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/778/150">J/ApJ/778/150 : Microlensing events toward the Bulge from MOA-II (Sumi+, 2013)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/158/13">J/AJ/158/13 : The first 300 stars observed by the GPIES (Nielsen+, 2019)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/254/39">J/ApJS/254/39 : Exoplanet candidates from TESS first 2yr obs (Guerrero+, 2021)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/164/118</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/164/118</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/164/118</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/164/118</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/164/118</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/164/118</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><coverage><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc"/><waveband>Optical</waveband><waveband>Infrared</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/AJ/164/118/fig1</name><description>Combined table from original tables</description><column><name>Band</name><description>Observed band</description><ucd>instr.bandpass</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType" arraysize="1*">char</dataType></column><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
