None turned out to contain a massive companion above 2.5 solar masses. The red giant TYC 9299-1080-1 with a large RV and a large proper motion is a single-lined spectroscopic binary with a period of 81 days. It is an extreme halo object moving at 350 km/s almost directly toward the Galactic center. HD 206092 is a double-lined binary with a short period of 4.37 days. It belongs to the rare class of active RS CVn-type binaries with evolved primary components, apparently undergoing mass transfer. The X-ray luminosity of HD 206092 is about twice as high as the most luminous coronal X-ray emitters observed by ROSAT, including II Peg and the prototype star RS CVn. HD 318347 has a variable double-peaked emission-line spectrum (not a giant), while HD 324668 has a constant RV. Despite the overall good quality of the SIM survey data confirmed by a comparison with Gaia Data Release 2 (DR2, Cat. I/345) mean RVs, the few large RV variations are explained, mostly, by erroneous data. We discuss the significance of the non-detection of massive companions in the SIM grid sample and the associated work.</description><source format="bibcode">2019AJ....157..136M</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/AJ/157/136</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/I/259">I/259 : The Tycho-2 Catalogue (Hog+ 2000)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/I/345">I/345 : Gaia DR2 (Gaia Collaboration, 2018)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/152/11">J/AJ/152/11 : Orbits of four triple stars (Tokovinin, 2016)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/157/136</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/157/136</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/157/136</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/157/136</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/157/136</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/157/136</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/AJ/157/136/table1 (List of candidates)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/AJ/157/136/table1?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/AJ/157/136/table1?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/AJ/157/136/table1?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>266.6884725</ra><dec>-32.6311</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/28686 28805 45604 48392</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/AJ/157/136?format=ascii</footprint></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/AJ/157/136/table1</name><description>List of candidates</description><column><name>SimbadName</name><description>Simbad column added by the CDS</description><ucd>meta.id</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType" arraysize="15*">char</dataType></column><column><name>Note</name><description>Note</description><ucd>meta.note</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType" arraysize="13*">char</dataType></column><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
