Our three transit curves are modeled using the JKTEBOP code and adopting the quadratic limb-darkening law. Including our measurements, 18 transit times spanning about 4.2yr were used to determine the improved ephemeris with a transit epoch of 2454187.85560+/-0.00011BJD and an orbital period of 3.21305961+/-0.00000035days. The physical properties of the star-planet system are computed using empirical calibrations from eclipsing binary stars and stellar evolutionary models, combined with both our transit parameters and previously known spectroscopic results. We found that the absolute dimensions of the host star are M_A_=0.73+/-0.02M{sun}, R_A_=0.70+/-0.01R_{sun}_, log g_A_=4.61+/-0.02, p_A_=2.10+/-0.09{rho}{sun}, and L_A_=0.21+/-0.01L_{sun}_. The planetary companion has M_b_=0.21+/-0.01M_{Jup}_, R_b_=0.94+/-0.01R_{Jup}_, log g_b_=2.77+/-0.02, {rho}_b_=0.24+/-0.01{rho}_{Jup}_, and T_eq_=960+/-14K. Our results agree well with standard models of irradiated gas giants with a core mass of 11.3M_{earth}_.</description><source format="bibcode">2012AJ....143...95L</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/AJ/143/95</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/552/A119">J/A+A/552/A119 : Planet-star and moon-planet interaction (Saur+, 2013)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/420/2580">J/MNRAS/420/2580 : Four transits of HAT-P-13 (Southworth+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/422/2024">J/MNRAS/422/2024 : X-ray-age relation &amp; exoplanet evaporation (Jackson+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/411/L46">J/MNRAS/411/L46 : Exoplanet magnetic fields (Vidotto+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/PASP/123/412">J/PASP/123/412 : Exoplanet Orbit Database (Wright+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/532/A24">J/A+A/532/A24 : Light curves of HAT-P-13b (Nascimbeni+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/142/84">J/AJ/142/84 : 10 new transit light curves of HAT-P-13b (Fulton+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/527/A85">J/A+A/527/A85 : Light curves of HAT-P-3b and HAT-P-14b (Nascimbeni+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/414/1278">J/MNRAS/414/1278 : Eccentricities of transiting planets (Pont+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/726/52">J/ApJ/726/52 : HAT-P-18 and HAT-P-19 follow-up (Hartman+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/523/A84">J/A+A/523/A84 : Transit light curves of HAT-P-13b (Szabo+, 2010)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/716/1336">J/ApJ/716/1336 : Stability analysis of single-planet (Kopparapu+, 2010)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/706/785">J/ApJ/706/785 : HAT-P-12 light curve (Hartman+, 2009)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/143/95</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/143/95</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/143/95</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/143/95</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/143/95</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/143/95</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><coverage><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc"/><waveband>Infrared</waveband><waveband>Optical</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/AJ/143/95/table2</name><description>Rc-band photometry of HAT-P-12</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
