By means of color-color diagrams derived from the photometry of JHK_s_ images taken with the Gemini Near Infrared Imaging and Spectrometer (NIRI), we have found 68 candidate massive young stellar objects. The spatial distribution of these sources matches the areas where previous studies suggested that star formation might be taking place, and the high spatial resolution of our deep NIRI imaging allows us to pinpoint the star-forming knots. An analysis of the fraction of objects that show infrared excess suggests that the star formation is still active, supporting the presence of a second generation of stars being born, although the evidence for or against sequential star formation does not seem to be conclusive.</description><source format="bibcode">2012AJ....143...43F</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/AJ/143/43</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/411/263">J/MNRAS/411/263 : JHK variable stars in M33 (Javadi+ 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/705/1364">J/ApJ/705/1364 : MIR catalog of point sources in M33 (Thompson+, 2009)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/487/131">J/A+A/487/131 : JHKs photometry of LPVs in M33 (Cioni+, 2008)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/664/850">J/ApJ/664/850 : Spitzer observations of stars in M33 (McQuinn+, 2007)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/131/2478">J/AJ/131/2478 : M31 and M33 UBVRI photometry (Massey+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/121/861">J/AJ/121/861 : BVI photometry of central part of M33 (Macri+, 2001)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/505/793">J/ApJ/505/793 : New WR star in M33 (Massey+, 1998)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/456/174">J/ApJ/456/174 : Intermediate-Mass Population in NGC 604 (Hunter+ 1996)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/143/43</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/143/43</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/143/43</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/143/43</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/143/43</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/143/43</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/AJ/143/43/table2 (Final JHKs photometry table)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/AJ/143/43/table2?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/AJ/143/43/table2?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/AJ/143/43/table2?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>23.61676083</ra><dec>30.79577111</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/2155</spatial><spectral>8.562429046199531e-20 1.6921341730348006e-19</spectral><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/AJ/143/43?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Infrared</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/AJ/143/43/table2</name><description>Final JHKs photometry table</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
