Following very careful sky subtraction, the profiles can typically be determined down to brightness levels well below 27mag/arcsec^2^ and in the best cases below 28mag/arcsec^-2^. We classified the profiles according to the scheme used previously for the barred sample: Type I profiles are single unbroken exponential radial declines in brightness; Type II profiles ("truncations") have an inner shallow slope (usually exponential) which changes at a well-defined break radius to a steeper exponential; and Type III profiles ("antitruncations") have an inner exponential that is steeper, giving way to a shallower outer (usually exponential) decline. By combining these profiles with previous studies, we can make the first clear statements about the trends of outer-disk-profile types along the Hubble sequence (including both barred and unbarred galaxies), and their global frequencies.</description><source format="bibcode">2011AJ....142..145G</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/AJ/142/145</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/II/306">II/306 : The SDSS Photometric Catalog, Release 8 (Adelman-McCarthy+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/VII/155">VII/155 : Third Reference Cat. of Bright Galaxies (RC3) (de Vaucouleurs+ 1991)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/VII/26">VII/26 : Uppsala General Catalogue of Galaxies (UGC) (Nilson 1973)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/664/226">J/ApJ/664/226 : Nuker law parameters of early-type galaxies (Lauer+, 2007)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/162/49">J/ApJS/162/49 : UBV imaging of irregular galaxies (Hunter+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/415/63">J/A+A/415/63 : Surface brightness of 26 bright galaxies (Mollenhoff, 2004)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/142/145</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/142/145</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/142/145</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/142/145</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/142/145</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/142/145</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/AJ/142/145/table1 (Basic galaxy data)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/AJ/142/145/table1?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/AJ/142/145/table1?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/AJ/142/145/table1?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>61.943625</ra><dec>69.8125556</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/932 2333 2687 3078 3511 4149 4322 5182 5288 5572 5975 5982 6087 7606 7704 7882 7957 8173 8178 10454 10740 10856 10892 10925 11435 11738 12005 13401 13489 17754 25790 26309 26555 27098 27426 27712 27720 27734 27944 28015 28221 28264 28294 28463 28524 28651</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/AJ/142/145?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Optical</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/AJ/142/145/table1</name><description>Basic galaxy data</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
