Infrared observations of circumstellar dust produced by colliding planetesimals are therefore powerful probes of the formation histories of known planets. Here we present new Spitzer infrared spectrograph (IRS) spectrophotometry of 111 solar-type stars, including 105 planet hosts. Our observations reveal 11 debris disks, including two previously undetected debris disks orbiting HD 108874 and HD 130322. Combining the 32um spectrophotometry with previously published MIPS photometry, we find that the majority of debris disks around solar-type stars have temperatures in the range 60&lt;~T_dust_&lt;~100K. Assuming a dust temperature T_dust_=70K, which is representative of the nine debris disks detected by both IRS and MIPS, debris rings surrounding Sun-like stars orbit between 15 and 240AU depending on the mean particle size. Our observations imply that the planets detected by radial-velocity searches formed within 240AU of their parent stars. If any of the debris disks studied here have mostly large, blackbody emitting grains, their companion giant planets must have formed in a narrow region between the ice line and 15AU.</description><source format="bibcode">2011AJ....141...11D</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/AJ/141/11</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/705/1226">J/ApJ/705/1226 : Planet-bearing stars in Spitzer (Bryden+, 2009)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/141/11</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/141/11</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/141/11</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/141/11</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/141/11</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/141/11</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/AJ/141/11/sample (Observed stellar sample: stellar parameters and Spitzer-IRS 30-34{mu}m spectrophotometric results)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/AJ/141/11/sample?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/AJ/141/11/sample?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/AJ/141/11/sample?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>229.8646208</ra><dec>-7.7220667</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/431 679 748 871 1597 2110 3932 4136 4429 4528 5718 6760 6791 6831 7746 9403 9459 9843 11087 12465 12899 14412 14419 14434 14466 14548 14746 15174 16213 16627 16652 17341 17496 17730 18496 18614 18821 19904 19912 20328 21003 21838 22036 22252 22590 23013 23201 23681 24019 24178 25939 26183 26242 26575 26997 27088 27616 27975 28130 28763 29541 30015 30170 30526 31374 31494 32930 33243 33258 33630 33717 33849 33923 34069 35079 35362 35954 37018 37461 37573 37954 38545 38728 39257 39364 39646 40101 41446 41607 42044 42248 42318 42333 42760 43010 43012 43228 43677 43813 43818 44243 44921 45168 45865 46113 46297 46306 46800 46967 47550 48545</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/AJ/141/11?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Infrared</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/AJ/141/11/sample</name><description>Observed stellar sample: stellar parameters and Spitzer-IRS 30-34{mu}m spectrophotometric results</description><column><name>l_Ld/L*</name><description>Limit flag on Ld</description><ucd>meta.code.error;phys.abund</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType" arraysize="1*">char</dataType></column><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
