Our sample includes 94 galaxies with morphological classifications of Im, 26 blue compact dwarfs (BCDs), and 20 Sm systems. The sample spans a large range in galactic parameters, including integrated absolute magnitude (M_V_ of -9 to -19), average surface brightness (20-27mag/arcsec^2^), current star formation activity (0-1.3M_{Sun}_/yr/kpc^2^), and relative gas content (0.02-5M_{Sun}_/LB). The H{alpha} images were used to measure the integrated star formation rates, determine the extents of star formation in the disks, and compare azimuthally averaged radial profiles of current star formation to older starlight.</description><source format="bibcode">2004AJ....128.2170H</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/AJ/128/2170</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/128/2170</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/128/2170</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/128/2170</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/128/2170</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/128/2170</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/128/2170</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/AJ/128/2170/galaxies (Observed and derived parameters of the studied irregular galaxies (tables 3 and 4 of the paper))</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/AJ/128/2170/galaxies?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/AJ/128/2170/galaxies?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/AJ/128/2170/galaxies?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>151.832083</ra><dec>10.362056</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/38 580 816 933 955 2377 2382 2866 3042 3389 3550 3567 3573 4126 4313 4447 4522 4537 4554 4689 4691 4811 5168 5203 5241 5263 5283 5287 5607 5635 5636 5638 5978 6046 6072 6399 6419 6502 6560 6623 7022 7445 7523 7607 7687 7769 7799 7878 7926 7956 7984 8028 8425 8519 8548 8557 8908 9102 9855 9954 10344 10348 10377 10627 10689 10762 10767 10810 10881 10910 10970 10976 11019 11041 11045 11092 11120 11140 11143 11933 11965 12570 13326 13516 13668 16016 16845 17165 17777 17912 18041 18649 18676 19580 19656 19833 19851 19990 20271 20400 22495 22949 24111 25575 25705 25756 26302 26323 26411 26456 26518 26858 26871 27062 27351 27568 27604 27857 27911 27926 27948 28003 28100 28149 28510 28523 28610 28631 28636 28659 28666 29699 29718 33986 34050 36276 38846 41987 48942</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/AJ/128/2170?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Optical</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/AJ/128/2170/galaxies</name><description>Observed and derived parameters of the studied irregular galaxies (tables 3 and 4 of the paper)</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
