Photometric redshifts and color selection have been used to select B_J_&lt;23.5 early-type galaxies from the Panoramic Deep Fields, a multicolor survey of two 25deg^2^ fields. Approximately 230 radio galaxies have then been selected by matching early-type galaxies with NVSS radio sources brighter than 5mJy. Estimates of the 1.4GHz luminosity function of radio galaxies measure significant evolution over the observed redshift range. For an {Omega}_M_=1 cosmology the evolution of the radio power is consistent with luminosity evolution where P(z)~P(0)(1+z)^K_L_^ and 3&lt;K_L_&lt;5. The observed evolution is similar to that observed for UVX and X-ray selected active galactic nuclei and is consistent with the same physical process being responsible for the optical and radio luminosity evolution of active galactic nuclei.</description><source format="bibcode">2001AJ....121.2381B</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/AJ/121/2381</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/VIII/65">VIII/65 : 1.4GHz NRAO VLA Sky Survey (NVSS) (Condon+ 1998)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/121/2381</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/121/2381</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/AJ/121/2381</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/121/2381</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/121/2381</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/AJ/121/2381</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/AJ/121/2381/table2 (Radio Galaxy Catalog)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/AJ/121/2381/table2?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/AJ/121/2381/table2?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/AJ/121/2381/table2?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>11.0325</ra><dec>-29.797139</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>4/1690 5/4161 4164 8939 6/16469 16640-16641 16660 16664 26847 26869-26871 27017-27020 27022-27023 27056 27058 27064 27066 27393 27396 27398 35583 35749-35754 35762-35763 35768 35770-35772 35774-35775</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/AJ/121/2381?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Optical</waveband><waveband>Infrared</waveband><waveband>Radio</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/AJ/121/2381/table2</name><description>Radio Galaxy Catalog</description><column><name>Name</name><description>NVSS source name</description><ucd>meta.id;meta.main</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType" arraysize="14*">char</dataType></column><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
