It has been almost fully automatized between 1984 and 1987. Since 1988 the photoelectric astrolabe was used without any modification. In addition to determining the daily orientation of the local vertical, the yearly analysis of the residuals permits to derive corrections to the used star catalogue Vigouroux et al. (1992A&amp;AS...96..477V). A global reduction method was applied for the ASPHO observations. The new form of the equations Martin &amp; Leister (1997A&amp;AS..126..169M) give us the possibility of using the entire set of the observing program using data taken at two zenith distances (30{deg} and 45{deg}). The program contains about 41648 stars' transits of 269 different stars taken at ``Observatoire du Calern" (OCA). The reduction was based on the HIPPARCOS system. We discuss the possibility of computing absolute declinations through stars belonging simultaneously to the 30{deg} and 45{deg} zenith distances programmes. The absolute declination corrections were determined for 185 stars with precision of 0.027" and the value of the determined equator correction is -0.018"+/-0.005". The instrumental effects were also determined. The mean epoch is 1995.29.</description><source format="bibcode">1999A&amp;AS..137..269M</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/A+AS/137/269</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/I/239">I/239 : The Hipparcos and Tycho Catalogues (ESA 1997)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+AS/137/269</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+AS/137/269</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+AS/137/269</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+AS/137/269</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+AS/137/269</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+AS/137/269</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/A+AS/137/269/catalog (Absolute declinations)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+AS/137/269/catalog?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+AS/137/269/catalog?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+AS/137/269/catalog?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>1.27564583</ra><dec>61.31396944</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/A+AS/137/269?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Optical</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/A+AS/137/269/catalog</name><description>Absolute declinations</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
