cds-question@unistra.frring-galaxiesgalaxy-classification-systemsIt is proposed that Peculiar Ring Galaxies can be divided into five principal types according to the morphology of the ring and bulge, based on the visual inspection of 489 selected object. Those objects have been named "peculiar" following the "Catalogue of Southern Peculiar Galaxies and Associations" by Arp & Madore (1986, Cat. <VII/170>).1998A&AS..129..357Fhttps://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/A+AS/129/357CatalogResearchIsServedByTAP VizieR generic serviceIsServedByConesearch servicerelated-toVII/170 : Catalogue of Southern Peculiar Galaxies and Associations (Arp+, 1987)https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.htmlhttps://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+AS/129/357https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+AS/129/357http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+AS/129/357https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+AS/129/357https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+AS/129/357http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+AS/129/357GETtext/xml+votablehttps://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tapCone search capability for table J/A+AS/129/357/table2 (List of galaxies)https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+AS/129/357/table2?https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+AS/129/357/table2?http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+AS/129/357/table2?GETtext/xml+votable180.050000true0.3157917-25.80213060.005555555555555556https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/A+AS/129/357?format=asciiOpticaldefaultJ/A+AS/129/357/appenaNotes to Table 2recnoRecord number assigned by the VizieR team.
