These galaxies are detected in the [CII] 158um fine-structure line, and three also exhibit underlying dust continuum emission. The [CII] line velocities are offset by a few hundred km/s relative to the Ly{alpha} emission, possibly indicating the presence of outflows or a large reservoir of surrounding atomic gas. From the combination of dust continuum and rest-frame UV emission, we estimate that approximately 50% of the star formation is obscured by dust, consistent with values found in other massive star-forming galaxies at similar redshifts. The [CII]-to-FIR luminosity ratios of the continuum-detected galaxies are elevated compared to nearby galaxies with similar FIR luminosities. In one system, J163026+4315, the [CII] emission is spatially resolved, allowing us to measure the source size and FIR surface brightness (FIR). We find that the [CII/FIR ratio as a function of FIR in this source follows the trends observed in both local and high-redshift galaxy populations. A kinematic analysis of the resolved [CII] emission provides tentative evidence for a rotating disk, although higher angular resolution data are needed to confirm this. These results demonstrate the power of NOEMA to probe the physical conditions and structure of the interstellar medium in galaxies in the first billion years of cosmic history.</description><source format="bibcode">2026A&amp;A...708A.361M</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/A+A/708/A361</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/708/A361</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/708/A361</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/708/A361</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/708/A361</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/708/A361</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/708/A361</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/A+A/708/A361/list (List of fits datacubes)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/708/A361/list?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/708/A361/list?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/708/A361/list?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>229.24111</ra><dec>42.48134</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><capability><description>Associated data</description><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/assocdata/?obs_collection=J/A+A/708/A361</accessURL></interface></capability><coverage><spatial>6/9895 9905 9986</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/A+A/708/A361?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Radio</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/A+A/708/A361/list</name><description>List of fits datacubes</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
