In this paper we present wide-field scanning observation of Geminga with SRG/ART-XC. Our X-ray analysis covers a large area of the sky (3.5 by 3.5 degrees) of direct imaging in the 4-12keV energy band, comparable with the size of expected Geminga emission, for the first time. The ART-XC observation provides a highly uniform sky coverage without strong vignetting effects. The synchrotron X-ray halo flux is predicted from a physical model based on particle injection, diffusion and cooling over the pulsar's lifetime, and consistently including the spectral and spatial properties of the synchrotron X-ray and inverse Compton gamma-ray emissions. The model is tuned to reproduce existing multi-wavelength data coming from X-ray upper limits and GeV to TeV gamma ray observations. After taking into account the high particle background and its uncertainties, no emission is significantly found in the assumed source region, and X-ray flux upper limits are derived, which are less constraining within a factor of three with respect to existing ones obtained with narrow field of view telescopes and longer exposure times. Nonetheless, we put direct and independent constraints on the Geminga's ambient magnetic field strength compatible with other studies.</description><source format="bibcode">2026A&amp;A...705A.107K</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/A+A/705/A107</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/705/A107</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/705/A107</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/705/A107</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/705/A107</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/705/A107</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/705/A107</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/A+A/705/A107/list (List of fits images (Figure 3))</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/705/A107/list?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/705/A107/list?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/705/A107/list?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>98.48397</ra><dec>17.77859</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><capability><description>Associated data</description><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/assocdata/?obs_collection=J/A+A/705/A107</accessURL></interface></capability><coverage><spatial>6/23952</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/A+A/705/A107?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>X-ray</waveband><waveband>Radio</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/A+A/705/A107/list</name><description>List of fits images (Figure 3)</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
