This survey provides deep NIRCam imaging in four filters (F115W, F150W, F277W, F444W) in ~0.54deg^2^, enabling robust size and morphological measurements for ~1700 BGGs spanning ~12Gyr of cosmic history. High-resolution imaging enables consistent size measurements in the rest-frame optical across cosmic time through redshift-dependent filter selection. We classified BGCS as star-forming and quiescent using both rest-frame NUV-r-J colors and redshift-dependent specific star formation rate thresholds. Our structural analysis shows: quiescent BGGs are more compact than star-forming counterparts across all redshifts, with steeper size-mass slopes (alpha_QG_~0.6-1.2 vs. alpha_SF_~0.0-0.3); the effective radius evolves as Re {prop.to} (1+z)^-alpha^, with alpha=0.96+/-0.07 for star-forming and alpha=1.24+/-0.09 for quiescent BGGs, implying stronger size growth in quenched systems; the corresponding growth factor at logM*=10.7 from z=3.7 to z=0.08 is ~4.4 for star-forming and ~6.6 for quiescent BGGs. the scatter in the size-mass relation increases toward high redshift, reaching ~0.3-0.4 dex at z&gt;2, reflecting greater structural diversity. Compared to field galaxies, BGGs are systematically smaller at fixed mass, especially among quiescent systems, highlighting environmental effects. We further compare the evolution of the quiescent fraction, the Sersic index, and ellipticity with those of field galaxies, finding consistent trends that reinforce our main conclusions. These results establish the foundation for understanding how group-scale environments shape the structural evolution of central galaxies and provide crucial constraints for models of galaxy formation in intermediate-mass dark matter halos.</description><source format="bibcode">2025A&amp;A...703A.129G</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/A+A/703/A129</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/224/24">J/ApJS/224/24 : The COSMOS2015 catalog (Laigle+, 2016)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/268/10">J/ApJS/268/10 : The value-added COSMOS2020 catalog (Rusakov+, 2023)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/697/A197">J/A+A/697/A197 : COSMOS-Web deep galaxy group catalog up to z=3.7</relatedResource><relatedResource>https://cosmos2025.iap.fr : COSMOS2025 home page</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/703/A129</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/703/A129</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/703/A129</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/703/A129</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/703/A129</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/703/A129</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/A+A/703/A129/catalog (COSMOS-Web BGG catalog)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/703/A129/catalog?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/703/A129/catalog?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/703/A129/catalog?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>149.91863</ra><dec>2.5172178</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>5/6814 6/</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/A+A/703/A129?format=ascii</footprint></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/A+A/703/A129/catalog</name><description>COSMOS-Web BGG catalog</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
