Gaining an insight into their physical characteristics contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of these phenomena. The GLOSTAR project aims to provide a GLObal view on STAR formation in the Milky Way by performing an unbiased and sensitive survey. This is achieved by using the extremely wideband (4-8GHz) C-band receiver of the Karl G. Jansky Very Large Array and the Effelsberg 100m telescope. Using radio recombination lines observed in the GLOSTAR survey with the VLA in D-configuration with a typical line sensitivity of 1{sigma}~3.0mJy/beam at ~5km/s and an angular resolution of 25, we cataloged 244 individual Galactic HII regions (-2{deg}&lt;=l&lt;=60{deg} and |b|&lt;=1{deg} and 76{deg}&lt;=l&lt;=83{deg} and -1{deg}&lt;=b&lt;=2{deg}) and derived their physical properties. We examined the mid-infrared (MIR) morphology of these HII regions and find that a significant portion of them exhibit a bubble-like morphology in the GLIMPSE 8{mu}m emission. We also searched for associations with the dust continuum and sources of methanol maser emission, other tracers of young stellar objects, and find that 48% and 14% of our HII regions, respectively, are coextensive with those. We measured the electron temperature for a large sample of HII regions within Galactocentric distances spanning from 1.6 to 13.1kpc and derived the Galactic electron temperature gradient as ~372+/-28K/kpc with an intercept of 4248+/-161K, which is consistent with previous studies.</description><source format="bibcode">2024A&amp;A...689A..81K</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/A+A/689/A81</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/397/213">J/A+A/397/213 : Galactic HII regions (Paladini+, 2003)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/653/1226">J/ApJ/653/1226 : Physical properties of galactic HII regions (Quireza+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/165/338">J/ApJS/165/338 : Radio recombination lines in HII regions (Quireza+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/690/706">J/ApJ/690/706 : Distances of Galactic HII regions (Anderson+, 2009)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/420/1656">J/MNRAS/420/1656 : RMS compact HII regions distances (Urquhart+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/754/62">J/ApJ/754/62 : HRDS III.
