We have recently developed a method which combines stellar photometric data with Gaia DR2 parallax measurements in a Bayesian framework to infer the distances of nearby dust clouds to a typical accuracy of ~5%. After refining the technique to target lower latitudes and incorporating deep optical data from DECam in the southern Galactic plane, we have derived a catalog of distances to molecular clouds in Reipurth (2008, Star Formation Handbook, vols I and II) which contains a large fraction of the molecular material in the solar neighborhood. Comparison with distances derived from maser parallax measurements towards the same clouds shows our method produces consistent distances with &lt;10% scatter for clouds across our entire distance spectrum (150pc-2.5kpc). We hope this catalog of homogeneous distances will serve as a baseline for future work.</description><source format="bibcode">2020A&amp;A...633A..51Z</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/A+A/633/A51</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/633/A51</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/633/A51</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/633/A51</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/633/A51</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/633/A51</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/633/A51</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/A+A/633/A51/handbook (Star Formation Handbook Cloud Distances (table A1))</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/633/A51/handbook?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/633/A51/handbook?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/633/A51/handbook?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>269.5462</ra><dec>-5.55</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>5/9471 6/857-862 869 881 1047-1048 1054 1062 1066 1074-1075 1078 1128 1167 1260 1266 1344 1538 1542-1545 1568 1605 2044 2046 3038-3039 3301-3303 3305 3308 3310 3411 3417 3441 3630 3648-3649 3651 3689 3716 3730 3737 3849 3851 3884 3898 3946 4047 7356 7407 7588 7610 7660 10218 12204 13918 13940 14029 14031 14052-14053 14293 14620 14647 14652 14669 14671-14672 14675-14677 14689-14690 14693 14698 14700 14705 15362 15364 15369-15370 15408-15409 15412 15415 15420-15421 15478-15479 15484 15648 15671 15673 15676 15722 15758 15765 15771 15779 15801 15843 15848 15851 16128 16131 16133 16158 16164 16176 16178 16180 16191 16197 16203-16204 16207 16229 16239 16277 16320 20006 20127 20166 20365 20378 21229 21329 21336 21340 21359 21401 21407 21425 21428 21438 21456 21458 21645 21650 21656 21669 22043 22045 22047 22241 22246 22251 22620 22623 22651 22739 22794 22797 22802 22804-22805 22808 22811 22814 22817 22828-22829 22852-22853 22866 22873 22876 22880 22903 22909 23007 23560 23562 23586 23598 23637 23639 23645 23647 23669 23703 23713 23717 23729 23741 23810 23947 23977 23979 23982 23995-23997 24158 24182 24189 24325 24554 28892 28913 28915-28916 29070 29092 29116 29118 29154-29155 29160 29193 29314 29316 29323 29374 29506 29512-29514 29595 29622 29647 29676 29998 30002 30083 30096 30341 30353-30354 30359 30363 30402 30793 30820 30983 32009 32036-32037 36957 37333 37872 37878 37897 37900 38016 38018-38019 39908 39916 41124 41132 41639 41648 41740 41752 42191 42212 42233 42615 42714 42738 42744 42754 42774 42909 42959 42969 42971 42975-42976 42981 42988 42996 43027 43035 43047 43056 47733 47825 47912</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/A+A/633/A51?format=ascii</footprint></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/A+A/633/A51/handbook</name><description>Star Formation Handbook Cloud Distances (table A1)</description><column><name>SimbadName</name><description>Simbad column added by the CDS</description><ucd>meta.id</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType" arraysize="35*">char</dataType><flag>nullable</flag></column><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
