Twenty-six of these radio loud quasars are identified as Flat Spect rum Radio Quasars (FSRQs) and fifty-four are identified as Steep Spectrum Radio Quasars (SSRQs) based on their radio spectral index. We study the [OIII] line properties of these quasars to investigate the origin and properties of blue wings (shift of the profile towards lower wavelengths) and blue outliers (shift of the whole spectroscopic feature). Most of the quasars show blue wings with velocities up to 420km/s. We find that around 17% of the quasars show outliers with velocities spanning 4 19 to -315km/s. Finally, we revisit the M_BH_-{sigma} relation of our sample using [SII]{lambda}6716, 6731 and [OIII] linewidths as surrogates for stellar velocity dispersions, {sigma}, to investigate their location on the M_BH_-{sigma} relation for quiescent galaxies. Due to strong blending of [SII] with H_{alpha}_, we could estimate {sigma}_[SII]_ of only 123 quasars. We find that the radio-loud quasars do not show a relationship between M_BH_ and {sigma}_[SII]/[OIII]_ up to a redshift of 0.3, although they cluster around the local relation. We find an overall offset of 0.12+/-0.05dex of our sample of radio loud quasars from the M_BH_-{sigma} relation of quiescent galaxies. Quasars in our highest redshift bin (z=0.25-0.3) show a deviation of ~0.33+/-0.06dex with respect to the local relation. Implications of the results are discussed.</description><source format="bibcode">2019A&amp;A...631A..46G</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/A+A/631/A46</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource>http://skyserver.sdss.org/DR10 : SDSS DR10 HomePage</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/631/A46</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/631/A46</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/631/A46</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/631/A46</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/631/A46</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/631/A46</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/A+A/631/A46/tablea1 (Estimates of optical measurements for the radio-loud sample)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/631/A46/tablea1?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/631/A46/tablea1?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/631/A46/tablea1?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>151.02</ra><dec>-0.55</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/4129 4166 4231 4262 4309 4339 4424 4463 4484 4511 4536 4550 4702 4704 4711 4798 4959 4992 5028 5138 5167 5312 5384 5406 5443 5459 5468-5469 5486 5498 5517 5527 5530 5547 5568 5584 5628 5638 5652 5670 5690 5772 5774 5807 5831 5870 5879 5904 6039 6103 6196 6257 6357 6477 6501 6544 6557 6574 6582 6628 7218 7270 7280 7381 7397 8196 8221 8235 8251 8340 8484 8610 8631 8640-8641 8665 8686 8761 8855 8907 8914 8918 8930 8973 9016 9091 9129 9154 9194 9217 9250 9264 9324 9387 9393 9435 9470 9504 9509 9600 9817 9934 9940 9976 10017 10298 10321 10343 10349 10380 10472 10487 10718 10779 10815 10832 10839 10861 10918-10919 10984 11061 11133 11139 11147 11170 11172 11295 11297 11339 11352 11393 11402 11417 11439 11461 11787 11814 11825 17560 17668 18532 18539 18769 18775 22364 22367 25586 25597 25847 25849 25998 26019 26180 26297 26321 26331 26341 26344 26352 26369 26374 26424 26475 26529 26590 26623 26989 27075 27082 27090 27093 27236 27253 27331 27464 27473 27489 27561 27580 27593 27722 27726 27813 27838 27850 28018 28055 28100 28113 28138 28154 28282 28312 28319 28503 28532 28534 28629 28638 31330 31392 31424 31427 31465 31623 31685 31688 32408 32480 32491 45055 49017</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/A+A/631/A46?format=ascii</footprint></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/A+A/631/A46/tablea1</name><description>Estimates of optical measurements for the radio-loud sample</description><column><name>z</name><description>Redshift</description><ucd>src.redshift</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType">float</dataType></column><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
