These data are useful for understanding and probing physical processes and conditions in various types of astrophysical plasmas. The multiconfiguration Dirac-Hartree-Fock (MCDHF) and relativistic configuration interaction (RCI) methods, which are implemented in the general-purpose relativistic atomic structure package GRASP2K, are used in the present work. In the RCI calculations the transverse-photon (Breit) interaction, the vacuum polarization, and the self-energy corrections are included. Energy spectra are presented comprising the 134, 87, and 103 lowest states in SII, ClIII, and ArIV, respectively. Energy levels are in very good agreement with NIST database recommended values and associated with smaller uncertainties than energies from other theoretical computations. Electric dipole (E1), magnetic dipole (M1), and electric quadrupole (E2) transition data are computed between the above states together with the corresponding lifetimes. Based on internal validation, transition rates for the majority of the stronger transitions are estimated to have uncertainties of less than 3%.</description><source format="bibcode">2019A&amp;A...623A.155R</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/A+A/623/A155</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/557/A136">J/A+A/557/A136 : Oxygen-like ions Energies and transition rates (Rynkun+, 2013)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/235/27">J/ApJS/235/27 : Energy levels + transition rates for P-like ions (Wang+, 2018)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/623/A155</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/623/A155</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/623/A155</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/623/A155</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/623/A155</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/623/A155</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><coverage><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc"/></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/A+A/623/A155/table5</name><description>Transition data of E1, M1, E2 transitions for the SII ion</description><column><name>Ju</name><description>J of upper level</description><ucd>meta.note</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType" arraysize="4*">char</dataType></column><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
