The mass of Kepler-539 b was accurately derived thanks to a series of precise radial velocity measurements obtained with the CAFE spectrograph mounted on the CAHA 2.2-m telescope. A simultaneous fit of the radial-velocity data and Kepler photometry revealed that Kepler-539 b is a dense Jupiter-like planet with a mass of Mp=0.97M_Jup_ and a radius of Rp=0.747R_Jup_, making a complete circular revolution around its parent star in 125.6-days. The semi-major axis of the orbit is roughly 0.5au, implying that the planet is at 0.45au from the habitable zone. By analysing the mid-transit times of the 12 transit events of Kepler-539 b recorded by the Kepler spacecraft, we found a clear modulated transit time variation (TTV), which is attributable to the presence of a planet c in a wider orbit. The few timings available do not allow us to precisely estimate the properties of Kepler-539 c and our analysis suggests that it has a mass between 1.2 and 3.6 M_Jup_, revolving on a very eccentric orbit (0.4&lt;e&lt;0.6) with a period larger than 1000-days. The high eccentricity of planet c is the probable cause of the TTV modulation of planet b. The analysis of the CAFE spectra revealed a relatively high photospheric lithium content, A(Li)=2.48dex, which, together with both a gyrochronological and isochronal analysis, suggests that the parent star is relatively young.</description><source format="bibcode">2016A&amp;A...590A.112M</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/A+A/590/A112</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/444/776">J/MNRAS/444/776 : Transiting planets WASP-24, 25 and 26 (Southworth+, 2014)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/MNRAS/436/2">J/MNRAS/436/2 : Transits of WASP-19b (Mancini+, 2013)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/573/L5">J/A+A/573/L5 : Radial velocity data of Kepler-432 (Ciceri+, 2015)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/576/A88">J/A+A/576/A88 : 8 KOI eclipsing binaries radial velocities (Lillo-Box+, 2015)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/580/A63">J/A+A/580/A63 : HATS-13b and HATS-14b light and RV curves (Mancini+, 2015)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/590/A112</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/590/A112</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/590/A112</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/590/A112</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/590/A112</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/590/A112</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><coverage><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc"/></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/A+A/590/A112/k539_rv</name><description>RVs of Kepler-539 (CAFE/CAHA 2.2-m telescope) (table 1)</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
