The 86 fine-structure levels of the 2s^2^2p^4^, 2s2p^5^, 2p^6^, 2s2^2^p^3^3s, 2s^2^2p^3^3p and 2s^2^2p^3^3d configurations are included in our calculations. The effective collision strengths are presented as a function of electron temperature for solar and other astrophysical applications.</description><source format="bibcode">2015A&amp;A...574A..87T</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/A+A/574/A87</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/526/544">J/ApJ/526/544 : Collision strengths in S III (Tayal+, 1999)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/123/295">J/ApJS/123/295 : Electron impact excitation in Fe XI (Gupta+, 1999)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/418/363">J/A+A/418/363 : Effective collision strengths for Cl II (Tayal+, 2004)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/426/717">J/A+A/426/717 : Oscillator strengths for ClII lines (Tayal+, 2004)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/163/207">J/ApJS/163/207 : Oscillator and collision strengths in NI (Tayal+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/166/634">J/ApJS/166/634 : OIV Effective collision strength (Tayal+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/486/629">J/A+A/486/629 : Effective collision strengths for C II (Tayal, 2008)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/510/A79">J/A+A/510/A79 : Effective collision strengths for K II (Tayal+, 2010)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/188/32">J/ApJS/188/32 : Breit-Pauli transition probabilities for SII (Tayal+, 2010)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJ/743/206">J/ApJ/743/206 : Effective collision strengths of FeVIII (Tayal+, 2011)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/541/A61">J/A+A/541/A61 : Oscillator and collision strengths for SiVIII (Tayal+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/548/A27">J/A+A/548/A27 : Oscillator and collision strengths for MgVI (Tayal+, 2012)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/574/A87</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/574/A87</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/574/A87</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/574/A87</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/574/A87</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/574/A87</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><coverage><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc"/></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/A+A/574/A87/table1</name><description>Comparison of energy levels in MgV</description><column><name>Index</name><description>Index</description><ucd>meta.id</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType">int</dataType></column><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
