The target includes all the main configurations up to n=5, to improve our earlier R-matrix and distorted-wave (DW) calculations for the n=3,4 levels. Unlike similar calculations which we carried out for the other coronal iron ions, in this case the larger target does not significantly affect the collision strengths of the strongest transitions to the n=3,4 levels. Some differences are however present for a few transitions, in particular for the 3d-4p line at 197.86{AA}. For the weaker transitions, significant enhancements due to extra resonances resulting from this much bigger target are found. Several new line identifications are suggested. We find excellent agreement between predicted and observed line intensities in the EUV (Hinode EIS) showing that Fe IX lines provide a reliable temperature diagnostic. We also show that the visible forbidden lines are a good diagnostic to measure electron densities.</description><source format="bibcode">2014A&amp;A...565A..77D</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/A+A/565/A77</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/541/A90">J/A+A/541/A90 : Fe X soft X-ray lines (Del Zanna+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/543/A139">J/A+A/543/A139 : Fe XII soft X-ray lines (Del Zanna+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/543/A144">J/A+A/543/A144 : Fe XIII soft X-ray lines (Del Zanna+, 2012)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/549/A42">J/A+A/549/A42 : Fe XI soft X-ray lines (Del Zanna+, 2013)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/565/A77</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/565/A77</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/565/A77</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/565/A77</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/565/A77</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/565/A77</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><coverage><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc"/></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/A+A/565/A77/table1</name><description>Level energies of the RM4 calculation</description><column><name>L</name><description>[0-7] L value</description><ucd>phys.atmol.qn</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType">int</dataType></column><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
