The detection and study of pulsars in gamma rays give insights into the populations of neutron stars and supernova rates in the Galaxy, into particle acceleration mechanisms in neutron star magnetospheres, and into the "engines" driving pulsar wind nebulae. LAT's unprecedented sensitivity between 20MeV and 300GeV together with its 2.4sr field-of-view makes detection of many gamma-ray pulsars likely, justifying the monitoring of over two hundred pulsars with large spin-down powers. To search for gamma-ray pulsations from most of these pulsars requires a set of phase-connected timing solutions spanning a year or more to properly align the sparse photon arrival times. We describe the choice of pulsars and the instruments involved in the campaign.</description><source format="bibcode">2008A&amp;A...492..923S</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/A+A/492/923</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/123/79">J/ApJS/123/79 : Third EGRET catalog (3EG) (Hartman+, 1999)</relatedResource><relatedResource>http://www.atnf.csiro.au/research/pulsar/psrcat/ : ATNF Pulsar Catalogue</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/492/923</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/492/923</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/492/923</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/492/923</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/492/923</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/492/923</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/A+A/492/923/table1 (FERMI pulsar candidates)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/492/923/table1?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/492/923/table1?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/492/923/table1?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>128.8360636</ra><dec>-45.1764319</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/2411 2943 3157 3616 3681 10336 12405 12958 12975 13191 14078 14321 14342 14408 14431 14454 14619 14649 15644 17955 21519 22154 23646 23830 23952 23994 24185 24360 24460 26555 27067 28751 28807-28809 28812 28825-28826 28879 28900-28901 28913 28918-28919 28921 28970 29082 29090 29094 29097 29112 29118 29162 29180 29505 29511 29521-29523 29525-29527 29529 29532 29535 29560 29831 30211 30217 30223 30240-30241 30244-30246 30258-30259 30264 30313 30318-30319 30330 30335 30354 30402 30430 30594 30604 30606-30607 30609 30616 30618-30619 30629 30691 30716 30719 31898 33076 33091 33094 33321 34034 37332 37338 37361 37364-37365 37717 37721 37830 37848 37873-37874 37884 37898 37901 37923-37924 37931 37937 37957 38020 38081 38428 39004 39235 39269 39789 41464 41583 41654 41656 41660 41672 41676-41677 41683-41685 41689 41736 41756 41758 41765 41778 41781 41799 41803-41805 41809-41811 41814-41815 42076 42159 42169 42171 42189 42206 42214 42217 42220 42224 42226-42227 42229 42231 42288 42366 42378 42384 42386 42396-42397 42401 42435 42438 42450 42457 42460 42496 42503 42533 42955 43012 43019 43110 45897 47125 47741</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/A+A/492/923?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Gamma-ray</waveband><waveband>Radio</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/A+A/492/923/table1</name><description>FERMI pulsar candidates</description><column><name>3EG</name><description>Egret name (3)</description><ucd>meta.id.cross</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType" arraysize="10*">char</dataType></column><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
