The General purpose Relativistic Atomic Structure Package GRASP and the Flexible Atomic Code FAC have been adopted for the calculations of energy levels and radiative rates. Energies for the lowest 287 levels of Co XI, including those among the (1s^2^2s^2^2p^6^) 3s^2^3p^5^, 3s3p^6^, 3s^2^3p^4^3d, 3s3p^5^3d, 3s^2^3p^3^3d^2^, and 3s^2^3p^4^4s configurations, are reported. Additionally, radiative rates and oscillator strengths are reported for all electric dipole (E1) transitions with f&gt;=10^-5^ among these levels, and similar results for magnetic dipole (M1), electric quadrupole (E2), and magnetic quadrupole (M2) transitions are reported only for those with f&gt;=10^-8^. Comparisons are made with the available results in the literature, and the accuracy of the present data is assessed. Finally, lifetimes for all excited levels are also listed, although measurements are presently available for only one of these.</description><source format="bibcode">2007A&amp;A...473..995A</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/A+A/473/995</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/121/265">J/ApJS/121/265 : Oscillator Strengths and Radiative Rates for FeXV (Deb+, 1999)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/427/763">J/A+A/427/763 : FeX E1, E2, M1 and M2 transitions (Aggarwal+, 2004)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/436/1141">J/A+A/436/1141 : Radiative rates in Ar XIII, Ar XIV + Ar XV (Aggarwal+, 2005)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/450/1249">J/A+A/450/1249 : Fe XVI radiative and excitation rates (Aggarwal+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/460/331">J/A+A/460/331 : Fe IX radiative and excitation rates (Aggarwal+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/460/959">J/A+A/460/959 : Ni XIX radiative and excitation rates (Aggarwal+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/463/399">J/A+A/463/399 : Fe XVI radiative rates (Aggarwal+, 2007)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/473/995</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/473/995</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/473/995</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/473/995</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/473/995</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/473/995</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><coverage><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc"/></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/A+A/473/995/table1</name><description>Energy levels of Co XI and their lifetimes</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
