This facility is able to recover the velocity fields of almost all the emission line galaxies with I_AB_&lt;=22.5 and W_0_(OII)&gt;=15{AA}. In our sample, we find only 35% rotating disks. These rotating disks produce a Tully-Fisher relationship (stellar mass or MK versus Vmax which has apparently not evolved in slope, zero point and scatter since z=0.6). The only evolution found is a brightening of the B band luminosity of a third of the disks, possibly due to an enhancement of the star formation. The very large scatters found in previously reported Tully-Fisher relationships at moderate redshifts are caused by the numerous (65%) galaxies with perturbed or complex kinematics. Those galaxies include minor or major mergers, merger remnants and/or inflow/outflows and their kinematics can be easily misidentified by slit spectroscopy. Their presence suggests a strong evolution in the dynamical properties of galaxies during the last 7Gyr.</description><source format="bibcode">2006A&amp;A...455..107F</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/A+A/455/107</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/VII/225">VII/225 : The Canada-France Redshift Survey (CFRS) (Lilly+, 1995)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/AJ/120/2747">J/AJ/120/2747 : HDF-South WFPC2 observations (Casertano+, 2000)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/455/107</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/455/107</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/455/107</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/455/107</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/455/107</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/455/107</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/A+A/455/107/table2 (Main properties of the sample of distant galaxies)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/455/107/table2?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/455/107/table2?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/455/107/table2?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>45.61965</ra><dec>0.22609444</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/19036 23210 45526</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/A+A/455/107?format=ascii</footprint><waveband>Optical</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/A+A/455/107/table2</name><description>Main properties of the sample of distant galaxies</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
