The configurations used are 2s2.2p4, 2s.2p5, 2p6, 2s2.2p3.3s, 2s2.2p3.3p and 2s2.2p3.3d giving rise to 86 fine-structure levels in intermediate coupling. Collision strengths are calculated at five incident energies (40, 80, 120, 160 and 200Ry) in the distorted wave approximation. Excitation rate coefficients are calculated as a function of electron temperature by assuming a Maxwellian electron velocity distribution. Using the excitation rate coefficients and the radiative transition rates, statistical equilibrium equations for level populations are solved at electron densities covering the range of 10^8-10^14cm^-3 at an electron temperature of logTe(K)=6.5, corresponding to maximum abundance of Ca XIII. Relative and absolute spectral line intensities are calculated, and their diagnostic relevance is discussed. This dataset will be made available in the next version of the CHIANTI database.</description><source format="bibcode">2005A&amp;A...444..305L</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/A+A/444/305</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/434/365">J/A+A/434/365 : A-values + oscillator strength of O-like ions (Landi+, 2005)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/426/717">J/A+A/426/717 : Oscillator strengths for ClII lines (Tayal+, 2004)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/389/716">J/A+A/389/716 : Oscillator strengths for Li-like ions (Nahar, 2002)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/PAZh/28/41">J/PAZh/28/41 : Eu III oscillator strengths (Masonkina+, 2002)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/121/591">J/ApJS/121/591 : Oscillator Strengths for SIV (Coutinho+, 1999)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+AS/130/541">J/A+AS/130/541 : Co II oscillator strengths (Raassen+ 1998)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/444/305</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/444/305</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/444/305</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/444/305</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/444/305</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/444/305</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><coverage><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc"/><waveband>UV</waveband></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/A+A/444/305/table1</name><description>Atomic data and theoretical and experimental energy levels</description><column><name>Conf</name><description>Configuration</description><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType" arraysize="13*">char</dataType></column><column><name>S</name><description>Total spin momentum S</description><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType">int</dataType></column><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
