The results show that the [X/H] abundances (with X = Na, Mg and Al) are, on average, higher in stars with giant planets, a result similar to the one found for iron. However, we did not find any strong difference in the [X/Fe] ratios, for a fixed [Fe/H], between the two samples of stars in the region where the samples overlap. The data was used to study the Galactic chemical evolution trends for Na, Mg and Al and to discuss the possible influence of planets on this evolution. The results, similar to those obtained by other authors, show that the [X/Fe] ratios all decrease as a function of metallicity up to solar values. While for Mg and Al this trend then becomes relatively constant, for Na we find indications of an upturn up to [Fe/H] values close to 0.25dex. For metallicities above this value the [Na/Fe] becomes constant.</description><source format="bibcode">2005A&amp;A...438..251B</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/A+A/438/251</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource>Conesearch service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/415/1153">J/A+A/415/1153 : [Fe/H] for 98 extra-solar planet-host stars (Santos+, 2004)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/438/251</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/438/251</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/438/251</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/438/251</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/438/251</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/438/251</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><capability xsi:type="cs:ConeSearch" standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/ConeSearch"><description>Cone search capability for table J/A+A/438/251/stars (Atmospheric parameters and abundances for the stars studied, with and without planetes)</description><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/438/251/stars?</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/438/251/stars?</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/conesearch/J/A+A/438/251/stars?</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface><maxSR>180.0</maxSR><maxRecords>50000</maxRecords><verbosity>true</verbosity><testQuery><ra>1.5798981</ra><dec>-49.0751911</dec><sr>0.005555555555555556</sr></testQuery></capability><coverage><spatial>6/679 748 871 1597 2110 2472 4136 5009 5522 5718 6760 6831 7240 7746 8357 8843 9403 9843 11473 12146 12644 12899 14416 14419 14466 14525 14548 15174 16213 16518 16652 17341 17425 17730 18614 18821 19904 19912 20145 20701 21177 21484 21838 22036 22040 22252 22590 22708 22878 23013 23201 24019 24178 25939 26183 26575 27018 27750 27975 28130 28763 29513 29541 30015 31374 32848 32930 33243 33552 33630 33717 33813 33818 33923 34446 34508 34817 34896 34905 34951 35064 35079 35351 35362 35442 35753 35948 36288 36365 36664 36693 36697 37408 37461 37573 37595 38545 39257 39280 39284 39364 39500 39675 40078 40101 40242 40442 40692 40932 41446 41607 41724 42248 42333 42510 42760 43012 43818 43911 44243 44398 45334 45364 45564 45668 45865 46247 46297 46306 46640 46925 46967 47589 48105 48545 48652 48705</spatial><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc">https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/moc/J/A+A/438/251?format=ascii</footprint></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/A+A/438/251/stars</name><description>Atmospheric parameters and abundances for the stars studied, with and without planetes</description><column><name>n_[Al/H]</name><description>[n] n: not determined</description><ucd>meta.note</ucd><dataType xsi:type="vs:VOTableType" arraysize="1*">char</dataType></column><column><name>[Na/H]</name><description>?
