Phys. Commun., in prep.). Results are tabulated at energies above thresholds in the range 10&lt;=E&lt;=100Ry, although resonances have been resolved in a fine energy mesh in the thresholds region. Effective collision strengths, obtained after integrating the collision strengths over a Maxwellian distribution of electron velocities, are also tabulated over a wide electron temperature range below 5x10^6^K. Comparisons with other available results are made, and the accuracy of the present data is assessed.</description><source format="bibcode">2003A&amp;A...399..799A</source><referenceURL>https://cdsarc.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/cat/J/A+A/399/799</referenceURL><type>Catalog</type><contentLevel>Research</contentLevel><relationship><relationshipType>IsServedBy</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/TAP">TAP VizieR generic service</relatedResource></relationship><relationship><relationshipType>related-to</relationshipType><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+AS/103/273">J/A+AS/103/273 : C-like ions Effective collision strengths (Lennon+ 1994)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+AS/108/1">J/A+AS/108/1 : O-like ions Effective collision strengths (Butler+, 1994)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+AS/125/543">J/A+AS/125/543 : Mg VI Effective collision strengths (Ramsbottom+ 1997)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/ApJS/123/295">J/ApJS/123/295 : Electron impact excitation in Fe XI (Gupta+, 1999)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/410/349">J/A+A/410/349 : Fe XV Effective collision strengths (Aggarwal+, 2003)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/427/763">J/A+A/427/763 : Radiative rates of Fe X (Aggarwal+ 2004)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/418/363">J/A+A/418/363 : Cl II Effective collision strengths (Tayal+, 2004)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/418/1171">J/A+A/418/1171 : FeXVIII-FeXXIII effective collision strengths (Bautista+ 2004)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/429/1117">J/A+A/429/1117 : Fe XIII effective collision strengths (Aggarwal+, 2005)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/430/725">J/A+A/430/725 : N II effective collision strengths (Hudson+, 2005)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/432/731">J/A+A/432/731 : C II Effective collision strengths (Wilson+, 2005)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/436/1131">J/A+A/436/1131 : Al III effective collision strengths (Hudson+ 2005)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/460/331">J/A+A/460/331 : Fe IX radiative and excitation rates (Aggarwal+, 2006)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/463/399">J/A+A/463/399 : Fe XVI radiative rates (Aggarwal+, 2007)</relatedResource><relatedResource ivo-id="ivo://CDS.VizieR/J/A+A/484/879">J/A+A/484/879 : Fe XXVII radiative and excitation rates (Aggarwal+, 2008)</relatedResource></relationship></content><rights>https://cds.unistra.fr/vizier-org/licences_vizier.html</rights><capability><interface xsi:type="vr:WebBrowser"><accessURL use="full">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/399/799</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/399/799</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/VizieR-2?-source=J/A+A/399/799</mirrorURL></interface></capability><capability><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP"><accessURL use="base">https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/399/799</accessURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at IUCAA: Pune, India">https://vizier.iucaa.in/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/399/799</mirrorURL><mirrorURL title="VizieR at SAAO: SAAO, South Africa">http://vizieridia.saao.ac.za/viz-bin/votable?-source=J/A+A/399/799</mirrorURL><queryType>GET</queryType><resultType>text/xml+votable</resultType></interface></capability><capability standardID="ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#aux"><interface xsi:type="vs:ParamHTTP" role="std"><accessURL use="base">https://tapvizier.cds.unistra.fr/TAPVizieR/tap</accessURL></interface></capability><coverage><footprint ivo-id="ivo://ivoa.net/std/moc"/></coverage><tableset><schema><name>default</name><table><name>J/A+A/399/799/table1</name><description>State definitions and energy levels (in Ry) for S-like Fe XI</description><column><name>recno</name><description>Record number assigned by the VizieR team.
