Events should be reported within tens to of seconds to hours; expect about 3 events per week, where most events correspond to either gamma ray burst, or other transient. There are Streams giving localizations for gamma ray transients with follow-up characterization in X-ray including several localization techniques, temporal and spectral data products including ground-processed data.
